The air conditioning in the Junior Suite was initially turned off, leaving the room uncomfortably warm until we called to request it be activated. Room service prices were significantly higher than what you'd expect in other similar hotels, with no remarkable food options to justify the cost. the three-course dinner felt more like an oversized meal rather than a balanced dining experience. The bathroom design left much to be desired, as the shower door only partially closed, causing water to spill everywhere and making the space hard to keep tidy.

Breakfast featured a delicious variety of treats, including delightful pastries. The room was spacious, equipped with a jacuzzi, and the decor was genuinely chic—definitely a treat after a long day of sightseeing.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room and it was super modern, clean, and classy. The bed was really comfy, and I loved having the individually controlled air-conditioning! The shower was nice, but a bit on the smaller side. On the other hand, the rooftop pool and bar were fantastic spots to chill after a long day. Just loved the views of Naples from up there!

The breakfast waitress was great, a big thanks to her. We wanted a late checkout and they charged us €70 but considering the hotel wasn't fully booked, I think a better rate could've been offered.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

During my stay from 2024-03-01 to 2024-03-05, I found the Lhp Napoli Palace & Spa to be quite impressive. The rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, providing a comfortable environment for work. The meeting rooms available were particularly well-equipped, making it easy to host discussions and presentations. Breakfast offered a continental menu with a good variety to start the day. Additionally, the rooftop pool and bar presented a fantastic way to unwind after busy days.

The bar prices were somewhat steep.

I had a great experience in the Junior Suite! The room was fantastic with a jacuzzi, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views of the city. The staff was super welcoming and even helped with my car parking. Breakfast had delicious pastries, making mornings enjoyable. Overall, I’d definitely come back! 😊
